You can access IzzyWebsite Admin Panel by using http://www.yourdomain.com/admin - please replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name
- I created a poll - but can't see where to add it?
You need to define it on subpage or on template using vote tag
- I created Contact Form and I placed 'contact tag' on my page, but why the contact form is disabled?
You need to go to Add-on Modules > Contact Form and define your default e-mail address.

it possible to create my website on name : http://my.mycompany.com or is it obligatory to have a

Yes, sure!
- Do I need root access to install the software?
No, all you need is FTP account with domain/subdomain pointed there (example www.YourCompany.com)
- Do I get free updates to the product? If not, how much are the updates?
All updates are free, you get them lifetime.

Yes, you can do it with 'Include Code' feature.
