Just setup an HTML website for a client of mine who wanted a pricing table with PayPal integration. I used this generator which quickly allowed me to create a HTML table. I highly recommend using this.!

When you download generated table, there will be a file, izzyGrid.html, open it you'll see HTML code - a line, which is in HEAD part - which calls CSS file, should be added to your template file (or you can take its code and paste it to your own CSS file), folder "izzyGrid" - there are images, so upload it to your FTP. Then copy TABLE code from that file to clipboard (ctrl+c) and paste it in your WordPress (ctrl+v) ni place you want it to appear.

I hope it'll help, but I'm not WP expert, if you was using IzzyWebsite CMS, I could guide you more detailed.
